Maintenance

Corkern Maintenance Agreement is a seasonal tune-up and a professional cleaning of your heating and/or air conditioning and heat pump equipment.

An annual check-up is performed on your furnace and a separate annual check-up is performed on your air conditioner or heat hump.
We will call and remind you that it is time to service your heating and air conditioning equipment and schedule a maintenance check-up at your convenience.
A Maintenance Agreement requires certain components to be checked and others to be cleaned. A professional cleaning may prevent component damage from clogged or dirty filters and coils. The inspections may detect problem which could cause major component failure if not serviced.
A Corkern Maintenance Agreement includes cleaning the condensing unit coil, ensuring that the equipment operates at its maximum efficiency. You save money on utility bills by having clean equipment.
A Corkerm Maintenance Agreement comes with a 10% discount on parts required to get the unit in operating condition. Should you need a new unit you will receive a 5% discount on the equipment.
Having a Corkern Maintenance Agreement means you are quickly worked into the schedule, so your comfort system is returned to good working order.
